About Katie:

For several years, I worked in events and marketing for museums, planning small gala dinners to 1000-person festivals. I absolutely love planning events, so when I moved back to my home-town, Seattle, I made the switch to weddings and haven’t looked back! Since making the switch, I have submerged myself into the local wedding market, searching for the best people to work with and the most creative ideas. Outside of weddings, my loves are: ballroom dancing, reading, the smell of fall in the Northwest, chocolate chip cookies, my husband Anthony and our schweenie, Max. I hold a degree in communications and public relations from Brigham Young University.
